This site is to allow us to explore a range of new technologies – both software and hardware – in the marketplace.
The unit we are entering into is titled “Migrate to New Technology”. What better way to explore new software and hardware in the marketplace than through directly using the technology to record our journey.
This is a blog. You may well ask, “So, what is a blog?”
Briefly, the term blog is a combination of the words web and log (Web-log) and is an informal personal Website with dated entries posted, usually, by a single author.
Blogs provide commentary or news on a particular subject of interest. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, web pages, and other media related to its topic. An important part of many blogs is to allow readers to interact and leave their comments.
As part of your assessment you will be required to log in and record your thoughts on the different topics we will be covering. So, why not make a start now!
